6-Hour Fishing Charters in Biloxi, MS
The 6-hour Biloxi fishing charter is the sweet spot. It buys you more water than the half-day — we can push a little farther nearshore or run to the closer reefs — without the commitment of a full deep sea fishing day. It's our most-booked trip length for a reason.

About this trip
With six hours we have room to work. We can spend the morning in the Biloxi marsh on redfish and speckled trout, then push out to the nearshore bars and reefs for king mackerel on the troll or triggerfish and snapper on the bottom (in season). It's a real Gulf Coast fishing day that still gets you back to the dock with time to clean up for dinner.

Captain Brandon has been running these waters since 1995, and he times the 6-hour to the tide, the season, and what's biting that week. Our experienced First Mate keeps the deck running — baiting hooks, netting fish, and filleting your catch at the dock. Beginners and families do great here; so do anglers who want more than a quick trip.

All rods, reels, tackle, bait, ice, and Mississippi fishing licenses are included — you bring food and drinks. The Shearwater is a 37-foot custom Sportfisherman with an ice-cold air-conditioned cabin, a private restroom, and a covered deck. We take pride in showing every customer an unforgettable time on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

6-Hour Fishing Charter FAQs
What's the difference between the 4.5-hour and 6-hour charter?+
The 6-hour gives you about 90 extra minutes on the water, which lets us push farther nearshore or hit the closer reefs for mackerel and triggerfish. The 4.5-hour stays closer to the marsh.
What can we catch on a 6-hour trip off Biloxi?+
Redfish, speckled trout, and sheepshead in the marsh, plus king mackerel on the troll and triggerfish and snapper (in season) on the closer reefs. A great mix.
Is the 6-hour good for beginners?+
Excellent. We rig you up, bait the hook, and coach you through every fish. The boat's ice-cold A/C cabin and private restroom keep it comfortable all day.
